can my character screw yours: the permissions post

THING ONE: Kumagawa has this ability to summon giant metal screws literally out of nowhere. He is very fast with them and likes to pin people to stuff without warning. This also comes with the bonus ability to know people's physical weaknesses. All of them. Immediately. And exploit the shit out of them.

Basically let me know if for some reason this won't work on your character or you'd just like to opt out of being fastened to things using giant hardware.


THING TWO: Kumagawa is a huge huge huge nerd for Weekly Shonen Jump, and will definitely be able to identify characters from that. He's more generally a huge nerd for shonen manga as a genre, so here's where you say yay/nay to having him be a little too genre savvy and bust down the fourth wall on anyone. He's not going to, like, dump spoilers or random canon info on people, because I don't know any of this information!! But he might

ask for autographs. Or be generally weird and inappropriately fanboyish.


THING THE LAST: Kumagawa used to have this cool power that let him fuck causality and erase things from existence. This is gone now! But before he lost it he erased his own aura. This isn't really a big deal, but for characters who are sensitive to that kind of thing, he doesn't have one anymore. Yeap.

yo man, i missed your intro post but. i just wanted to drop by and say something! not sure how familiar you may or may not be with gintama, but the characters in the series are very well acquainted with JUMP (at least nadsofsteel is) and they are all about breaking the fourth wall. aw yeah.

Ah, the link isn't working for me, but if Ivan's just being stuck to a wall for the lulz and not really being harmed in the process, I think I'll be okay with it. Besides the ability to shapeshift, Ivan's a normal human with normal weaknesses.

There is a manga of Tiger & Bunny being released. However, I don't believe it is in Jump.

He has pretty much the normal weaknesses you'd expect from a 5'7" 141 lb guy, though he has a high-level power (telepathic sensing of worst fears and the subsequent shape-shifting into them).
